Social Assistance
The Agency provides a social assistant to every hospitalized patient. Acting as a housekeeper, this assistant makes sure that the clinic stay conditions are satisfactory both for the patients and for people accompanying them.

The patient will then have a permanent counselor if the conditions of the room, the clinic’s nursing staff, etc. are not fully satisfactory.

More generally, social assistants support patients throughout their stay to make sure their needs are fulfilled and that their stay conditions are as best as possible.

If the patient is a foreigner, the social assistant will be able to look after administrative procedures, and if need be, to perform consular course steps. Thanks to their know-how, assistants may also help patients and their families in the constitution of their health-insurance files in order to maximize reimbursement conditions by social funds.

The Coordinating Practitioner

Once in the Clinic, patients and their accompanying members are taken care of by a coordinating practitioner in charge of making sure that required medical services are well respected and efficiently performed by the institution. He also controls and coordinates the different technical, medical and paramedical means, that are necessary for a satisfactory treatment.

He is also responsible for maintaining communication between various stakeholders and ensures the regular transfer of the medical information to the distant family and the usual counseling practitioner.

The coordinating practitioner will also provide patients with psychological support by listening to their concerns.

The Human Support
The social assistant and the coordinating practitioner basically constitute human, moral and affective support that is vital for patients to overcome unpleasant, and sometimes even difficult times of their life.

The Agency is there not only for your recovery but also to help you, as we believe that mutual aid also represents a very efficient means to recover.
