Before the transfer of patients
Once contacted, the Agency transfers the medical file to the concerned partner practitioner to have his feedback and the treatment approach.
Design and initiation of the contract with the prescribing practitioner until an agreement is reached concerning the transfer and the price.
Coordination with the company in charge of transferring the patient to Tunisia.
Once the patient is in Tunisia
Airport assistance and pickup of patients and management of administrative procedures.
Transport of patients from the airport to the healthcare institution chosen by the partner practitioner in charge of the file, as the best destination with regard to the medical case.
The partner practitioner is informed about the arrival of the patient in order to launch the initial clinical check up and the treatment
Once the patient is at the Clinic
A phone line is provided to the patient or his companion to have a direct contact with Agency.
Assignment of a social assistant to the patient to support him/her throughout the stay and to fulfill all of his/her needs.
A psychological support to the patient during his/her stay (A psychotherapist if necessary, or a personal assistance to avoid patient’s solitude: entertainments, week end journey if possible …….).
Regular medical follow up by the Agency’s coordinating practitioner and regular information reports to the counseling or prescribing practitioner by mail, fax or through the website.
Electronic archiving system of the medical file in a PDF format or on CD. (This service will be offered on our website with a secret code).
At the end of hospitalization
At the end of hospitalization, a medical file (hardcopy and on CD) will be prepared, including the detailed medical report and a detailed invoice, to further accompany the patient.
Assistance and organization service for the return of the patient and coordination with the prescribing practitioner. (reservation, acquisition of tickets, medical assistance when necessary…)
Other services:
Assistance service to patients’ mates (housing assistance, administrative assistance, logistical and tourism assistance).
Regular information service to patients’ families when contact is possible.
Administrative assistance service with the authorities in case of problems (visa,…….).
Regular budgetary control to avoid costs overrun and in the case of medical requirements, will look for the preliminary approval of the prescribing practitioner before engaging additional costs.
A wide variety of additional web based services is being developed.

From the beginning of your treatment, the Agency’s medical college checks your file with the collaboration of the specializing doctor in charge of your care in order to ensure that planned services are indeed provided in compliance with the ethical and professional values that the Agency is trying to promote.
